Pilates for Beginners is a gentle dynamic workout designed to boost your fitness levels, core strength and flexibility.
Improve your posture, alleviate aches and pains and increase your flexibility.

Cost: £12 pay as you go payable via cash or bank transfer
SPECIAL CLASS OFFER: Block book 7 sessions for the whole term at £10 each payable via cash or bank transfer.
For hygiene reasons please bring your own mat.
All attendees must complete a health questionnaire prior to starting this class. These will be handed out before the start of your first class so please arrive promptly to complete it. If you answer “yes” to any of the health questions then a 1:1 Assessment is recommended before attending a Pilates for Beginners class.
