Would you LOVE to take back some control?
Let me tell you a little bit more about…CONFIDENT CORE.
This is for you if, you…
Have suffered with back pain on and off for ages?
Are constantly worried about re-injuring yourself?
Wish your tummy muscles supported your lower back more?
Would love to have core stability muscles that tone your tummy and also help strengthen your spine?
Wish you had better posture?
Would love to have a better body image?
Are fed up with feeling frumpy?
Have had children and lost all sense of your body confidence?
Are pregnant and suffering with aches and niggles in your back?
You might have been to a Pilates gym class before and just not “got it” or it even made your symptoms worse?
You might have never thought about doing Pilates as you just don’t have the time what with work, house, children, pets, the list is endless!
Or, you may be a therapist who wants to help teach your patients/clients how to recruit & use their core muscles effectively and struggled in the past to do so successfully.
Then this programme is PERFECT for you!
PILATES – you have heard great things about it, you know its meant to be really good for you and you may or may not have even tried it.
BUT…you didn’t get it? or you didn’t get round to trying it?
You’re not even sure if you have any core stability muscles?
How are you suppose to find your core stability muscles when you can’t feel them for goodness sake?
I get it, because I’ve experienced all of the above when trying to find my core stability muscles in the past even as a physiotherapist!
You may feel that…
You don’t have any core muscles, that they upped and left many moons ago!
There’s no hope
It’s too complicated
I can’t do it
I don’t understand it
I can’t feel or find my core muscles
I don’t want to injure my back further
I’m worried that if it hurts I am harming my back more
This is hopeless
I give up
It’s too late!!
Well my friend, let me stop you right there.
It’s never to late to re-connect with your core muscles!
Yes they are still there!
They may be lying dormant but YOU do have the ability to re-ignite them and awaken them from their slumber!
And WHY wouldn’t you want to when they…
Help support and stabilise the joints in your back.
Help strengthen your spine.
Help improve your posture.
Help reduce stress and tension in overworked muscles.
Help reduce joint stiffness.
Help tone your tummy.
Help improve your body shape.
Help improve your body confidence.
Help you to function day-to-day pain free.
Help improve your body awareness.
Help you find your focus.
Help restore calm and vitality.
Can you imagine a day in the workplace without aches and pains,
feeling positive about your body shape and posture?
Imagine what it would feel like to reduce stress and tension from all those overworked and overtired muscles?
How brilliant you would feel if your posture oozed body confidence and how happy and content it would make you feel to have all of the above?
This is the reality you could achieve if you switch on and awaken your core stability muscles.
Their job is to hum softly in the background to support your spine, support your posture, support your day-to-day movement and activity and support your body to prevent further injuries.
You can achieve all this if you put what I teach you in this programme into practise.

Why should you listen to me?
Without blowing my own trumpet to much, I am a chartered physiotherapist with 12 years NHS service under my belt and six of those years I have specialised in musculoskeletal practise.
What the heck is musculoskeletal practise?
Well in a nutshell its problems and injuries associated with your body; joints, muscles and nerves in theory.
I left the NHS to set up my own business in 2015 and I now focus my energy and attention on teaching Pilates correctly. I am trained by the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) who teach modified Pilates that is super awesome and safe for people recovering from injuries or for people who really struggle to activate their core muscles. APPI practise is based on current evidence based practise and is completely functional so you can use it day-to-day.
I am not a quick fix injection queen who alleviates pain in one shot. I am a get to the root of the problem and the underlying cause kind-of-women who then empowers through education and simple step rehabilitation.
You can pay a lot of money for quick fix solutions that may help short term potentially BUT if you don’t look at the underlying cause of why, you will always be at risk of further injuries or constantly worried about WHAT IF…
Investing in your CORE function and really understanding what it is, where it is and how and why it serves you is the keystone foundation that will empower your body CONFIDENCE and potentially change your life.
Why work with me….here’s what others are currently saying
