Pilates for Beginners is a gentle dynamic workout designed to boost your fitness levels, core strength and flexibility.

SUMMER TERM: Tuesday 5th June – Tuesday 17th July 2018
Cost: £12 pay as you go payable via Paypal or bank transfer
SPECIAL CLASS OFFER: Block book 7 sessions for the whole term at £10 each payable via Paypal or bank transfer.
All attendees must have completed a booking form and health questionnaire prior to starting this class. If you answer “yes” to any of the health questions then a 1:1 Assessment is recommended before attending a Pilates for Beginners class.
