Whether your goal is to improve your posture, build your core strength, alleviate aches and pains or simply increase your fitness levels, Pilates can help. In this class we’ll be focusing on your back and tummy muscles, using gentle but highly effective exercises to tone up your natural corset muscles. We’ll also work together to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, so you feel calm and in control.

It’s great to take time out every now and then to focus on you. Pilates for Beginners is a class for ladies (or gents) of any age. It delivers a balanced yet dynamic workout designed to boost your fitness levels and flexibility without even breaking out in a sweat.
Expert advice from an experienced professional
As well as my accredited Pilates instructor training with the APPI, I also have 12-years experience as an NHS physiotherapist with specialist women’s health and musculoskeletal training. I’m passionate about motivating others to improve their fitness and helping them to address and alleviate any niggling aches and pains. I’m always available to share advice on everything from good posture, to pelvic floor muscles and much more.
