Get a free physio abdominal separation assessment included as well as an introduction to Pilates.

Limited to 9 ladies reserve your mat via the calendar so you don’t miss out.
Please bring your own mat with you for hygiene reasons.
All attendees must complete a health questionnaire prior to starting this class (please tick the box for now when you reserve your mat, health questionnaires will be handed out at the start of your first class. Please arrive promptly to complete it before you start). If you answer “yes” to any of the health questions then a 1:1 Assessment is recommended before attending a Mummy Pilates class.
