In this class we’ll be focusing on your back and tummy muscles, using gentle but highly effective exercises to tone up your natural corset muscles. We’ll also work together to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, so you feel calm and in control.

As well as my professional Pilates training with the APPI I also have 12-years’ experience as an NHS physiotherapist. I’m passionate about motivating others to improve their fitness and helping them to address and alleviate any niggling aches and pains. I’m always available to share advice on everything from good posture, to pelvic floor muscles and much more.
