Pregnancy can be pretty challenging can’t it?
Have you lost your confidence to exercise? Are you worried you might be doing something that may harm your baby? Do you want to know what exercise is actually classed as safe in pregnancy? I can help. With 12-years’ experience as an NHS physiotherapist and professional Pilates training with the APPI, I can show you how to exercise safely and effectively throughout pregnancy. I will show you where your natural corset muscles are and how to tone them so that they will help support your back and your baby.
Could you use an energy boost?
If you’re sick and tired of feeling fatigued and worn out, if you struggle to get comfy when sitting and if you’d love to find a way to turn over in bed without feeling like a beached whale… My Beautiful Bumps pregnancy Pilates classes can help. We will work together to build your natural support muscles in a gentle, therapeutic way that is rhythmical and not rushed.
And perhaps a bit of mum-to-mum support?
Each Beautiful Bumps pregnancy Pilates class is held for a maximum of six people. In my small, supportive classes you will have the opportunity to meet other like-minded women who also want to exercise through their pregnancy. You’ll create an invaluable support network and see you are not on your own with your aches, pains, worries and woes.
